Daniel Lee
Daniel has always understood the value of education and shared that knowledge with others. He not only pursued his own studies but also mentored those who needed a helping hand along the way.
His academic journey began at the Bronx High School of Science, where his love for STEM took root. He earned his B.S. in Physics from Adelphi University (Garden City, NY) in 2019, then completed his Ph.D. in Bioengineering at the University of Pittsburgh in the summer of 2026.
Daniel has taught and mentored students at every level: from middle and high schoolers preparing for standardized exams to graduate students in math, physics, and engineering. He is equally experienced leading a classroom and also tailoring his teaching approach one-on-one.
Outside of work, Daniel is an avid NBA and NFL fan. A New Yorker at birth, he roots for the Boston Celtics and the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also enjoys biking Pittsburgh’s trails, playing basketball, and visiting the dog park with his wife and their dogs, Joey and Charli.
