With more than 20 years of experience in business operations, Jae brings a passion for problem-solving, team building, and driving progress and growth. Prior to joining Pittsburgh Prep, Jae has worked in the technology and environmental services sectors, where he focused on continuous improvement and building cultures rooted in collaboration, respect, and inclusivity.

Jae holds an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and brings a deep commitment to operational excellence and strategic leadership to the Pittsburgh Prep team.

Based in Brooklyn, NY, Jae works remotely and enjoys spending time with his two young children and watching (Yankees) baseball in his free time.
