Pranav is a graduate of the North Allegheny School District and University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He is currently a Senior Scientist at Adicet Bio conducting Cancer Immunology Research in the San Francisco Bay Area. Pranav is a proud alumnus of Pittsburgh Prep, having utilized Hoon’s comprehensive content review and standardized testing strategy en route to near perfect scores on the SAT I and SAT II.

Pranav was also recognized as a National AP Scholar with Distinction for his high achievement on multiple AP exams in the sciences, mathematics, and humanities. He also excelled in the MCAT scoring in the 97th percentile. As an Eagle Scout, former undergraduate teaching assistant, and currently as a College Consultant at Pittsburgh Prep, Pranav enjoys helping students cultivate a successful work ethic, exceed their academic goals, and find joy in their college application journey. With his biomedical research background and minors in chemistry and economics, Pranav has a wide range of academic interests and is dedicated to helping his students develop a passion for learning, a deep understanding of BS/MD and medical school admissions, the nuances of fit and positioning for competitive colleges, and refined communication skills that translate to a successful college application. He is also an associate member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association and a graduate of their Summer Institute.

In his free time, Pranav loves solving puzzles, long distance running, backpacking, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers.
