AP Exams & Prep in 2025 Starts … Now!

Hello, Pittsburgh students!

I remember taking my first AP class in high school, and walking into AP Bio for the first time felt like diving into a foreign language. Although I took regular Bio a few years prior, the complex diagrams and new terminology made me feel like I was decoding an alien script, and even within a few years many of the biological concepts have evolved into something new.

As the year progressed, I could discuss the Krebs cycle without breaking a sweat and actually found myself appreciating the complexity of life’s inner workings. The AP exam was tough, and I remember spending countless hours to prep for the test. I eventually scored well enough to receive credit in college, but I remember thinking man if someone had given me guidance on the timeline and how to prep, I’d have have done things much more efficiently.

This blogpost is that guide. Here’s everything you need to know as you begin your school year ahead, as well as how to prep and plan for your AP exam best score.
